Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-Shows
At ColorBarr, we value and respect the time of both our guests and our team. To ensure that time reserved for each appointment is honored, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the reserved service total. Appointments missed without notice are considered a no-show and are subject to a 50% fee based on the reserved service total.
We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion when reasonable circumstances arise.
